Acceptable Use & Prohibited Products Policy
This policy sets out what creators may not sell or do with MAXBIO Pay. It adds to Stripe's and PayPal's own restricted-business lists, which also apply to you.
1. Who we are
MAXBIO Pay is operated by Craig McIntosh, a sole trader trading as MAXBIO.LINK and MAXBIO Pay ("we", "us", "our"). Our address is 4 Hyndford's Close, 34 High Street, Edinburgh EH1 1TG, Scotland, United Kingdom.

2. You may not sell
- Anything illegal where you or your buyer are located.
- Adult content or services, including pornography and sexual services.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or instructions to make them.
- Drugs, drug paraphernalia, controlled substances, nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals, including "legal highs" and unapproved health products.
- Gambling, lotteries, betting tips sold as guaranteed wins, or games of chance.
- Financial products or advice that require a licence you do not hold, investment or trading "signals" promising returns, cryptocurrency schemes, debt relief or credit repair.
- Get-rich-quick, pyramid, multi-level marketing or "make money online" schemes with unrealistic earnings claims.
- Counterfeit, pirated or infringing goods, including resold content you do not have rights to (such as PLR/MRR products without a valid licence).
- Personal data, accounts, followers, reviews or fake engagement.
- Hate, harassment, violent extremism, or content sexualising minors.
- Products or services that make false, misleading or unsubstantiated health, medical or earnings claims.
- Anything else on the Stripe Restricted Businesses list or PayPal Acceptable Use Policy.
3. You may not
- Mislead buyers about what they will receive, its price, or recurring charges.
- Use pre-ticked order bumps, hidden recurring charges or fake scarcity (such as countdowns that reset).
- Charge a buyer's saved card for anything they did not clearly accept.
- Use checkouts to process payments for another business or person (factoring).
- Send spam or add buyers to marketing lists without a lawful basis.
- Upload malware or use the Service to attack, scrape or overload any system.
- Evade a suspension or Stripe/PayPal restriction by opening new accounts.
4. Enforcement
We may pause checkouts, remove products or close accounts that break this policy, and we may be required to share information with Stripe, PayPal or the authorities. Report a checkout to support@maxbio.link.
