Sub-processors
These are the third parties MAXBIO Pay uses to process personal data. We update this page at least 14 days before adding a new sub-processor.
1. Current sub-processors
- Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments UK Ltd — billing of MAXBIO Pay plans; platform services for Connect. (US / UK)
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — S3 file storage and SES email delivery, London region (eu-west-2). (UK)
- IONOS SE — application and database hosting. (UK / EU)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, content delivery, DDoS protection. (Global)
- Support desk (self-hosted at support.maxbio.link) — support tickets. (UK / EU)
2. Services you control (not our sub-processors)
Your own Stripe and PayPal accounts, email-marketing platforms, custom email senders (such as Mailflare or SMTP services) and webhook endpoints you configure act on your behalf, under your agreements with them.
