MAXBIO Pay Refund Policy
This policy covers refunds of the MAXBIO Pay plan that creators pay us for, and explains who handles refunds for purchases made through our checkouts.
1. Who we are
MAXBIO Pay is operated by Craig McIntosh, a sole trader trading as MAXBIO.LINK and MAXBIO Pay ("we", "us", "our"). Our address is 4 Hyndford's Close, 34 High Street, Edinburgh EH1 1TG, Scotland, United Kingdom.

2. Purchases from creators (buyers)
If you bought something through a MAXBIO Pay checkout, you bought it from the creator, and the creator decides refunds under their own policy and the law. Contact the creator using the details in your receipt. See our Buyer Terms. We cannot refund creators' sales, but if you cannot reach the creator, contact support@maxbio.link.
3. The MAXBIO Pay plan (creators)
Free trial
New creators get a 30-day free trial. Cancel before it ends from Dashboard → Billing and you will not be charged.
Cancel any time
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and then will not renew. There are no cancellation fees.
No partial refunds
The plan is billed monthly in advance. We do not refund partial months, unused time, or renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date, except as set out below or required by law.
When we will refund
- Duplicate or incorrect charges.
- If we close your account without you breaking our Terms — we refund the unused part of the month.
- If a serious fault on our side prevents you using the Service and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
MAXBIO Pay is a business service, so the consumer 14-day cancellation right does not usually apply. If you are in fact a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.
Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 working days.
